On Saturday and Sunday last Rossmore hosted the Credit Union Intermediate and Junior Scratch Cups. The Junior Cup went to Sean Moyna who shot a 75 to win on the count back from Paddy Smyth also on 75. Sean’s victory shows that he still retains all his ability to put together some fine rounds.
The Intermediate Cup went to the very much in form Nigel Graham with a 78 while second was Philip McBirney with 80.
The nett prize was won by Dermot Smyth with a fine 66 to signal his good form heading towards Captans weekend.
