Rossmore travelled to Killymoon Golf Club on Sunday where they took on Kilrea in the Ulster Q/Finals of the Pierce Purcell All Ireland competition and after a titanic struggle Rossmore came out on top on a 3 -2 scoreline.. The pairing of John McKenna and Malachy Deery came back from 3 down to claim a vital victory with a very good par on the 18th hole. For the record the Rossmore team was B Casey and P Trappe, A Trappe and D McMahon, J Heffernan and E McGinnity and M McQuaid and D Connolly.
