Rossmore hosted one of the Ulster Qualifying Sections on Sunday with some of the best amateur golfers in Ulster at Rossmore Golf Club. Some 18 clubs each with 5 players took to the fairways and the top 4 teams now go forward to the matchplay stages.
Rossmore finished as top qualifiers with pride of place going to Rossmore’s best player over many years in Ronnie Berry who shot an impressive one under par. The other members of the team were Conor Callan, Ciaran Lavery, Dermot McCrystal and Ryan Doherty.
They now face Lisburn at a venue to be announced .
