On New Year’s Day there was a great turnout to support Lady Captain Patricia Mc Dermott and Captain Donal Guckian for the Captains Drive-In. The day began with a 9-Hole Mixed competition at 12 noon and in spite of the wet and windy conditions. All enjoyed getting out, blowing away the cobwebs and burning off a few calories after the Christmas festivities. Winners on the day were Ann Malone and Peter Malone and in 2nd place Colette Connolly and Brendan Connolly.
